Has anyone tried specialist physiotherapy for hEDS?

Standard NHS physio made things worse — they had no understanding of hypermobility and pushed me to stretch and use resistance in ways that caused more subluxations. Finally got a referral to a hypermobility specialist and it's completely different. The specialist matters hugely.
